A new measurement campaign was carried out on 13 July 2015 off Ionian coastlines of Basilicata Region. The goal of this campaign was to understand the influence of the bathymetry on the measured reflectance, extremely relevant for shallow water measurements. Remote sensing reflectance (Rrs) measurements [sr-1]) have been acquired by a photo-spectroradiometer (ASD) concurrently with bathymetry ones along two spatial profiles: one parallel to the coastline between the mouths of the Agri and Cavone rivers and another perpendicular to the coastline in correspondence of the mouth of Agri river. The first transect was selected to assess the change in reflectance, for bathymetry constant, going from one river mouth to the other. The second one allowed to assess the contribution of the bathymetry change on the reflectance.
